Here are answers for the questions we frequently receive.
For reservation
Is it possible to specify smoking (non-smoking) room when making a reservation?
Eccept for the suite rooms, all rooms have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Online: Reservation procedure needs the selection.
When the prefered type is not available, please inform that at note space.

Please tell or state the preference at the time of reservation.
We will come up to it however we cannot guarantee it. It depends on availability.
Is it possible to specify high floor when making a reservation?
If a preference is stated at the time of reservation, we shall prioritize your request.
However, there may be no rooms available that meet your request.
Please consent to this in advance.
Is it possible to specify assignment of multiple rooms?
Please tell or state the preference at the time of reservation.
We will come up to it however we cannot guarantee it. It depends on availability
Do you have a triple room?
There are no rooms with three beds.
We can put an extra bed in a suite room (\7,000 service charge, tax included).
How many days notice are needed for cancellations?
If you wish to cancel, please advise us prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation fee is as follows.
One day prior- 20%, arrival date- 80%, No show- 100% of room charge.
Is a cancell waiting list available?
No. We don't keep waiting list for cancellation.

For staying
What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 11:00.
Is it possible to check-in before 14:00?
We cannot guarantee it.
The earlier you arrive, the less probably room would be ready,and vice versa.
If you surely need to check-in early, we recommend you to reserve previous day.
Can I take a shower when I arrive at the hotel before 2 PM?
We cannot guarantee it.
If you surely need to take a shower, we recommend you to use Narita airport facility.

Can you keep my luggage before or after my stay?
Yes. We can keep your luggage.
Is it possible to delay the check-out time?
Yes. It's possible with extention charge,
but requests may not be acceptable depending on the room reservation status of the day.
Extension charges are as follows:
・Extension per hour (till 14:00)… 10% of the regular room fee per hour.
・Extension to 18:00 … 50% of the room fee.
・Extension over 18:00 … 100% of the room fee.
Does the room rate include breakfast?
Yes, light meal is included in the room charge.
It's served from 7:00 to 10:30.
Can I get discounted as I stay for a long term.
No. We don't offer that service.

For equipment
Is Wi-Fi connection available?
Wi-Fi is available only in Annex Suite rooms and around robby and lounge.
Wired internet connection is available in all rooms. LAN cable is set in the drawer.
Can I change currency at the hotel?
No. We don't offer currency service. We introduce nearby places to exchange currency.
Do you accept credit card?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX are accepted.
Costumers don't need to offer credit card details in making reservation.
Can I pay room charge when I check out?
No. Room charge is to be paid at the time of check-in.
