What time does check in start and check out end?
Check in starts at 2pm, and check out ends at 11am.
Can I check in early?
Yes, we offer early check for an additional fee, but please keep in mind that it may not be possible due to limited availability. Please check with the front desk on arrival.
Can I check in after midnight?
Yes, you can check in after midnight. For arrivals past midnight, please inform the hotel of your arrival time.
Can I extend my check out time?
Check out is until 11am. After 11am, you will be charged depending on your room type and the length of time you extend, and the latest you can check out is 6pm. Please keep in mind that extending your check out will depend on room availability.
*You will be charged for an extra night if you stay past 6pm.
Does the hotel have luggage storage?
Yes, we will keep your luggage at the front desk prior to your check in and after you check out.
Does the hotel have a curfew?
The hotel does not have a curfew. Our front desk is available 24 hours.
Are smoking rooms available?
Yes, we do have smoking rooms available on designated floors. Please choose your room preference at the time of your reservation.
Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
Yes, we do offer non-smoking rooms. Please choose your room preference at the time of your reservation. For any room changes during your stay, please speak with the front desk.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately connecting rooms aren’t available.
Do you provide a baby crib (bed)?
Yes, we provide a baby bed for free. If you need one, please let the hotel know at the time of your reservation. We cannot guarantee availability as there is only a limited number available. Some room are not available for a baby bed due to the size of the room. Please ask the front desk for details.
Can I keep the same room for a few days?
Please inform us in advance, and we will make special arrangements for you to be in the same room. It may not be available depending on availabilities.
Is there breakfast at the hotel?
We do not serve breakfast, but we encourage you to try one of the many restaurants in the hotel vicinity.
What are the parking options at the Hotel?
Unfortunately, we have no parking. The nearest public parking from the hotel is about a 2 minute walk, located here:


How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We have no rules about advance reservations. However, we recommend making reservations in advance as we offer an Advance Purchase Rate.
Does the hotel have a waiting list?
Unfortunately, we do not offer waiting lists. Please check our website for room availabilities.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, you will be charged 20% of your reservation price if you cancel the day before, 80% will be charged the day of your reservation, and 100% will be charged if you do not show up at the hotel on your check in date.


Will children be charged?
Children under the age of 6 who do not require an additional bed will not be charged. Children over the age of 6 will be charged at the adult rate.
Does my reservation price include consumption tax and service charges?
Yes, consumption tax and services charges are included in your total reservation price.
When will payment be completed?
Payment for your stay will be completed when you check in. If someone other than the guest who is checking in is responsible for the payment, they will need to complete the payment in full, prior to the guest’s check in.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA / JCB / MASTER / AMEX / UC / DC / NICOS / DINERS / 銀聯(China UnionPay)/ Discover.


Does the hotel offer wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Our lobby and room area wheelchair accessible, as well as the bathroom in the lobby. However, bathroom in each room are not accessible with a wheelchair. For further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact the hotel directly.
Can I send packages to other locations in Japan from the hotel?
Yes, we can help you send packages to other locations in Japan. The front desk can help you when you arrive at the hotel.
