We don’t usually offer early check in, however, it may be possible depending on availabilities.

- What should I do if I am going to be late for check-in?
- Please contact us only if your check-in time will be after midnight.
If you are arriving before midnight, there is no need to inform us of any changes to your scheduled
arrival time.
However, please be aware that if you do not contact us and arrive after midnight, your reservation may
be considered a no-show and could be canceled.
- Can I Check In after midnight?

Yes, you can check in after midnight.
Please inform us of your desired check in time prior to yourarrival.
Also, you need to use a interphone to contact us because the door
is closed for the security after midnight.

Late check out is available until 1pm for 2,000 yen per an hour, depending on your reservation and
room availability.
*If you check out after 1pm, you will be charged for an additional night.

The hotel does not have a curfew. Our front desk is available 24 hours.
However, the door is closed for the security from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The guest can open the door by using their room key.

Due to our efforts to promote environmental protection, room cleaning will be provided for guests
staying four or more nights. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and garbage bags will be hung on your door
daily, and other amenities can be picked up at the front desk.

the 17th floor.
